I live in India (Surat city - Gujarat), I am a zoologist and I always go into the field for behavioral study of animals and birds.
Once I observed a very different nesting site of the 'spotted little brown dove', generally this bird chooses trees for their nesting site and normally they keep a distance with humans.
But one day I saw the nest of this bird in a shoe stand in my house, it is very strange because the nest site is very different and it is frequently disturb.
They seem to have adapted to this nest site.
I am very happy because when I observed them then they also observed me. They may be making notes on my behavior.
